Burke, VT
Kingdom Trails & Burke Mountain Resort
Kingdom Trails is the network that changed what people thought mountain biking in the Northeast could be. The riding here is famous for fast, flowy, hand-built trails that wind through forests, sugar maple groves, and rolling farmland. With 100 miles of singletrack across private and public land, the network offers plenty of laps with the town of East Burke as basecamp for bites, beer, bike shop banter... Battlestar Galactica.

Why We Love Kingdom Trails
A trail for every rider, from mellow farm-road cruisers to steep, root-laced descents. This network captures everything that makes Vermont riding special.
Our Top Trails To Ride in the Kingdom
A hundred-plus miles across farmland and hardwood ridge, nearly all of it on private land. The trails exist because KTA works diligently with landowners. Ride with gratitude, and it stays that way. Stay on trails, be respectful, get the pass, and discover your favorite trails. These are a few of ours.
It’s the trail that started it all. Big berms, rollable jumps, hardpack singletrack the whole way down. It shoots you out into town, so it’s often the last trail of the day. Always leaves a smile on the face.
The gazebo at the top is where the crew regroups and nobody's in a rush to leave. It's then two miles of berms, rollers and jumps to the bottom.
Take the lift up, then pick a line. There are options for every ability and nothing mandatory in the air. Get a day pass to lap the park or just a single lift pass to give it a shot.

Kingdom Trails Association
The Kingdom Trails Association (KTA) is the nonprofit behind it all — building, managing, and maintaining every mile of the network. Your day pass or membership goes straight back into trail upkeep, so riding here directly supports the singletrack you're enjoying.
